the place was very comfortable, with new furniture and modern equipment. the highlight was definitely the two bathrooms, which made it convenient for our group of five. We also had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings. Tomislav, the host, was incredibly pleasant and provided us with all the necessary information about nearby restaurants and beaches. Speaking of beaches, we were delighted to find that the popular beaches of Capacabana and Cava were just a 3-minute walk away. our stay at Mali Stradun Apartments was excellent, and I want to thank Tomislav for making it even more enjoyable. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way 😊.

Everything was perfect; we recommend this apartment. It was located in a beautiful area very close to the restaurants of which Pivnika Dubrava was the best one, the old town by bus number 6 and coca cabana beach which is pebble bear in mind for kids,.

I had an amazing experience with fantastic service and accommodation, plus the room was great and there was plenty of space for kids to play outside.

The apartment at Apartments Mali Stradun was perfect for our family stay. It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary drinks and treats in the fridge upon arrival, a nice touch! The location was ideal, with two pools, two beaches, and several restaurants nearby. The Valamar Club pool and Cobacabana beach were perfect for the kids, while the Valamar Argosy pool and Cava Beach provided a more relaxed atmosphere. Access to Dubrovnik's old town was quick and easy, with a short walk to the bus stop and a 20-minute ride. The owner, Tomi, was incredibly nice and helpful, even providing a 10% discount at some of the local restaurants. we had a fantastic stay at Apartments Mali Stradun and would definitely recommend it.

I had an exceptional stay at Apartments Mali Stradun. The concept of having the apartments built inside an older shopping center was fascinating and unique. Despite this, there was hardly any foot traffic by the apartments, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. As a family with kids, we loved the spacious outdoor area where our children could play freely. The free parking on a private lot, although a couple of minutes' walk away, was convenient. Getting to Dubrovnik Old Town was a breeze with the nearby bus stop for bus number 6 or using the affordable Uber service. The two gorgeous beaches just a short walk from the apartments were a delight, and we also enjoyed the complimentary access to the outdoor pools. The fast WiFi was a bonus, and our host was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.
